Sends to all Dining Hall volunteers with fewer than 3 reminders sent. Each send auto-labels as 1st, 2nd, or Final Reminder.

Sends only to volunteers whose slot is today. Run this on May 22, 23, and 24 each morning to notify that day's team.

Send Thank You Notes

Send a personalized thank you email to volunteers after the event. Use {first} in your message to insert the volunteer's first name.

Default template preview: "Dear {first}, On behalf of the entire team, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your selfless seva..."

How to use: Copy the message below → open WhatsApp on your phone → create a Broadcast List with the numbers shown → paste and send. A Broadcast List sends individually to each person (they don't see each other).
